What happens if the person I deal with leaves?
You keep going. We are a team working from one shared set of systems, so your history, your forecasts and your context do not live in one person's head. You will be introduced to whoever picks up, and they will already know your business.
Will I actually speak to a director, or only at the pitch?
Both directors are client-facing and stay client-facing. That is the whole reason we cap the number of clients we take on. However, our Strategic accountancy packages and Virtual CFO arrangements, are where directors are more involved.
How quickly will someone come back to me?
We aim for 24-48 hours for strategic questions, and same day if it is urgent. Not "we will come back on that" — an actual answer, or a time by which you will have one.
